If you contact us regarding anything other than a planning application, we will likewise treat your details in strict confidence and will not pass your information on to any third party, unless you give us authority to do so.

Our website, products and services may contain links to other websites or dynamic content from other sources outside of our control.  Once you have clicked on these links or content we do not have any control over the websites at which you will arrive or content that you might see.  Likewise if any external elements are embedded in the site we cannot be held responsible for said information.  Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide whilst visiting such sites. IP Addresses and Digital Data

When you visit our website, our servers store logs which contain your IP address, this gives us information such as which pages you looked at, whether the page request was successful or not and which browser you use to view the page. The use of this data is purely for statistical purposes.  

When you provide detailed information to us - by filling in a form or contact request, this information is stored on our severs and is used to populate an customer information management system to enable us to serve you better in future.  None of this information shall be passed on to any other parties without your express permission.
